FRANCHISEE AGREEMENT — LINKKAR2U
This Agreement is made between Linkkar2U (Company) AND the Franchisee
Clause 1
Franchisee Fee

The Franchisee shall pay Rs.3,00,000 (Three Lakh Rupees) as a one-time franchise fee.

Clause 2
Validity

This Agreement is valid for Lifetime from the date of signing, subject to compliance with all terms.

Clause 3
Business Model

Franchisee will operate Linkkar2U services in the assigned area — including Property listings, Vehicle listings, Worker registrations, Supplier onboarding, and related services.

Clause 4
Income Distribution
  • 50% — Deducted towards Business Expenses
  • Remaining 50% Net Profit split equally:
  • → 25% — Franchisee
  • → 25% — Company (Linkkar2U)
Clause 5
Franchisee Responsibilities
  • Local market development in assigned area
  • Supplier & Worker registration and onboarding
  • Customer service and connection management
  • Service execution monitoring
  • Maintaining brand standards and service quality
Clause 6
Company Role
  • Platform support and technical maintenance
  • Branding & marketing guidance
  • Dashboard access and earnings tracking
  • Payout processing upon request
Clause 7
Termination

Company reserves the right to terminate this agreement in case of fraud, misuse, brand damage, or violation of any terms without prior notice.

Clause 8
Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to the local jurisdiction of the Franchisee registered area, as per applicable Indian laws.
